“Honestly, Sophie is a superstar. She welcomed me personally at the unit and warmly introduced me to the other guests staying in neighboring units. She made sure that all appliances (air conditioning, coffee maker, etc.) were fully functional and that I was well supplied with water.
She selected an incredible community for her guests, which made the stay both warm and entertaining. The location of the unit was perfect — right on the main street yet slightly away from the Malecón, providing a peaceful atmosphere at night.
Sophie is also deeply connected to the culture and history of Puerto Vallarta. It was fascinating to listen to her stories and learn from her. She gave plenty of great recommendations on how to spend time in the city.
